Hey, Pat, how do you feel about equality for women?

"(T)he feminist agenda is not about equal rights for women. It is about a socialist, anti-family political movement that encourages women to leave their husbands, kill their children, practice witchcraft, destroy capitalism and become lesbians."

- Pat Robertson - The Washington Post, August 23, 1993

Thanks for clearing that up, Pat. Wait, what's that? You want to add something? Ok, go ahead.

"I know this is painful for the ladies to hear, but if you get married, you have accepted the headship of a man, your husband. Christ is the head of the household and the husband is the head of the wife, and that's the way it is, period."

- Federal News Service, Sept. 11, 1992, quoting a Robertson newsletter

"God's pattern is for men to be the leaders, both in the church and in the family... 'Women should listen and learn quietly and submissively. I do not let women teach men or have authority over them.'"
- Pat Robertson, quoting from I Timothy in his book, Bring It On

That sounds a bit intollerant, Pat. Are you sure you want to say that on the public record? Ok. Your friend Bob wants to add something?

"the Bible itself is intolerant and true followers of God's word should be as well."

- Bob Jones (yeah, the University guy)
