Evidence of Bush's Greatness

Bush's radio address:

"[A]ll Americans can take pride in the example our democracy sets for the world by holding elections even in a time of war."
Yeah, it's so brave to send Americans to the polls. It's not like we're up against street violence, bombings, politically driven murders, electricity shortages, rampant corruption, death squads, militias, or anything. Shit! We can just touch a screen - no need to get our thumbs all inky. Whether those inkless wonders actually count your vote, though, is up for debate.

We held elections during the Civil War, the First World War, World War Two, Korea, and Vietnam. The first Gulf War was short enough that it didn't overlap with any elections...
