The French Make a Triumphal Return

Excavations for the foundations of an arch are beginning.

The Washington Times (which I link to with a positively French sense of dignified distaste) reports that Freedom Toast and Freedom Fries are no longer on the menus of Hill cafeterias.

Presumably, with that manufactured distraction, work on real issues can now begin. What's that? It's an election year? Nevermind...
