The AP is reporting that due to coaching by government lawyers, confessed al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui may not face the death penalty.

ALEXANDRIA, Va. - An angry federal judge unexpectedly recessed the death penalty trial of confessed al-Qaida conspirator Zacarias Moussaoui to consider whether government violations of her rules against coaching witnesses should remove the death penalty as an option.

Watch for the Wingnuts to use this as another example of America Hating judges. Watch for the Democrats to fail to use this as another example of the way the Bush Administration has bungled everything it touches in the 'Global War on Terror.'
