More Bush Numbers

An AP/Ipsos poll has Bush's approval rating back at 37%, equal to the lowest recorded by that poll last year. Approval among Republicans is still slipping. Twice as many people 'strongly disapprove' as 'strongly approve.'

Analysis: People have finally seen through the fake Texas accent and the brush-clearing swagger. With a staff that hasn't had any real changes since 2000, Bush is running out of new ideas. His staff is answering new and different problems with the same old responses and the public isn't buying it. People have finally realized that being a better beer buddy doesn't make a guy a better choice for president.
