Bush Approaches Nixon

Not (only) philosophically but numerically. A Gallup Poll shows that Bush's 'Strong Disapproval' - 44% - is closing in on the record held by Richard Nixon - 48%.

Bush's 'Strong Approval' is only 20%. His 'Strong Approval' among Republicans is only 49%. Gallup's Poll Results:

Bush's 'Strong Disapproval' among Democrats is 68%, among Independents is 53%.

Hard to believe that this guy just won reelection. And Abramoff hasn't sung yet.
